Hypnosis is a natural state that many of us experience every day.
Perhaps you’ve been doing a normal day-to-day task, like ironing or driving, and during this, you are literally “miles away” in your own thoughts. This is a natural trance state, and very similar to hypnosis.
During a session, you are aware of where you are at all times, you hear my voice but you feel a deep sense of relaxation, very similar to a daydream. It’s not like a Paul McKenna show. The conscious mind is always present, it’s just that you choose to daydream. During this “daydream”, the subconscious mind is accessed and is more open to making positive changes.
