I have a very good success rate with smoking cessation. (Perhaps because I am a former smoker myself). I don’t offer the kind of single “cure-all” session which is often advertised by some hypnotherapists. I find these unrealistic. We will work together for a minimum of three weekly sessions. Smokers typically have a lot of positive associations with smoking, such as a few minutes peace in times of stress, a treat or reward, the camaraderie of other smokers, calming of the nerves, etc. We will work together at taking your positive associations with smoking and attaching them to more beneficial behaviours. Hypnotherapy is also excellent for supporting cravings and other peripheral symptoms that you might struggle with when giving up.
